Ms. McCallister has over twenty years of managing multiple clients across Arkansas and the surrounding states. Julie has provided technical and comprehensive solutions to various types of industrial clients. She brings fresh ideas and current regulatory knowledge to help provide cost-effective and sustainable solutions to complex projects. Ms. McCallister understands the importance of problem solving and supporting the ultimate goals of the client, while managing project schedules and budgets.

Ms. McCallister is a critical thinker and strong leader with effective people-management, communication, and negotiation skills. She delivers quality work and builds relationships with clients and state agencies, as well as marketing to new clients. Ms. McCallister is provided challenging project responsibilities, and has demonstrated an ability to redefine project approaches to be more efficient and effective.

Ms. McCallister has years of experience with systems at industrial and manufacturing facilities including preparation of annual hazardous waste reports, air permit recordkeeping systems and spreadsheets, EPA Toxic Release Inventory (TRI) reports, and other compliance-related recordkeeping system and incident documentation. Ms. McCallister also has experience in the real estate appraisal and building inspection area. That process experience has been beneficial and allowed lessons learned from those projects to be applied to investigations and evaluations undertaken as an environmental professional. The technical writing, research, and field inspection experience directly adds understanding and insight to environmental investigation and assessment procedures.

Julie is married (Aaron) with three children (Josh, Olivia and Ella), a dog (Luna) and a cat (Meow Meow). She currently resides in Little Rock where she was born and raised. She loves going to Lake Ouachita, eating, and working out to offset her love of eating.
