Trish Wood is a distinguished financial management controller with over 30 years of experience across various industries, including consulting, personal services, law, and wholesale distribution. She holds certifications in Professional Ethics, Internal Control and Internal Framework, and Frauds and Internal Controls. Trish is adept at guiding both small and large businesses in achieving their goals, consistently serving as a trusted advisor to key stakeholders and employees. Her expertise spans managing complex multi-company organizations and handling fundamental accounting functions with exceptional professionalism. Committed to knowledge sharing, Trish is dedicated to fostering team success and development.

Born in Nashville, Tennessee, Trish grew up in Little Rock, Arkansas, and considers herself an Arkansan. She is married to Richard and is a proud mother of four children and one grandchild. The family also includes two beloved German Shepherds (Dakota and Stella). Trish's love for the outdoors is evident in her hobbies, which include gardening, hiking, horseback riding, hunting, and dog training.

In addition to her professional pursuits, Trish has a profound passion for the arts and education. In 2008, she founded Shineworks Art Studio for Kids in North Little Rock, a venture aimed at providing art education to children following the removal of art programs from school curriculums. Although she eventually closed the studio to prioritize her financial career, she treasures the experience of mentoring young artists and remains connected with many of her former students.

Trish began her business studies at the University of Arkansas at Little Rock (UALR) but paused her education due to personal reasons. While she values formal education, she believes it is not the only pathway to success. Trish takes pride in the accomplishments of her children and the women she currently mentors in the business sector. Continually striving for self-improvement, Trish is dedicated to lifelong learning and professional growth.
