Lisa Willis
Environmental Scientist I
With over 15 years of experience in wetland science, environmental permitting, and environmental project management, Ms. Willis brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to her role as Environmental Scientist with ECCI. Prior to joining ECCI, she worked as an Environmental Scientist with FTN's Fayetteville office, served as Environmental Manager at the Port of Longview on the Columbia River, and was an environmental consultant in Southwest Washington State. After relocating from Washington with her husband and three children in 2019, Ms. Willis taught biology, chemistry, psychology, pottery, and music as an instructor for the local homeschool cooperative program for several years. She has since returned to environmental consulting where she enjoys assisting clients in navigating the complex science and continually evolving regulations regarding Waters of the United States, endangered species, and environmental policy. Ms. Willis has previously served as a member of the Washington Department of Fish and Wildlife Citizens Advisory Committee and as a planning commissioner for the City of Vancouver, Washington.
