Project Engineer/Project Manager



Since joining ECCI, Mr. Patrick has worked on designs for company expansions and reliability and has helped provide system modifications to existing facility operations. Mr. Patrick has performed numerous mechanical tank inspections, has aided in construction management, and has assisted in environmental projects. As a Project Manager, Mr. Patrick has successfully managed multiple turn-key projects ranging from $20K to $8M, serving as the engineer, procurement manager, and construction coordinator. He planned and executed a $2.5M turnaround at a Hazardous Waste Incinerator, coordinating over 250 contracted workers, and completing the project under budget, ahead of schedule, and with zero incidents. In the realm of Engineering Design, he has led the full design of a new chemical process, including P&ID development, design specifications, and instrumentation selection, and has conducted flow analysis on a complex piping network to design and integrate a new pump.

His expertise in Mechanical Integrity and Inspections includes certification in Fiber-Reinforced Plastic (FRP) inspections for piping and tanks and performing numerous internal and external inspections of metallic and non-metallic vessels using various NDT methods. Additionally, Mr. Patrick is certified in Metrology with experience using FARO scanners to create point clouds for projects ranging from small platforms to large generator buildings. He has helped in Process Hazard Analyses (PHAs), contributed to the development of a PSM program, audited P&IDs to meet PSM area standards, enhanced the efficiency of multiple baghouses through troubleshooting and inspection programs, and conducted hydrogeological surveys to determine clay and water content in various areas.

Most recently, Mr. Patrick has been serving as an “Owner’s Engineer,” working with facilities as an extension to their staff, developing and directing maintenance and contractors with day-to-day and expansion-related projects. He has also assisted in several environmental projects and audits, including baghouse efficiency investigations, facility audits for hazardous waste and air compliance.

Outside of his work life, Mr. Patrick enjoys outdoor activities such as spike ball, hiking and disc golf. He has completed several Spartan races across the country and desires to complete a triathlon in the near future. Jordan enjoys learning new things, with his most recent endeavor being bowling. He’s married to his lovely wife, Sarah, and together they’ve just celebrated the arrival of their first little star, Ruby!
