Senior Environmental Scientist II



Jimmy Rogers has joined our team, and will be working as a Senior Environmental Scientist II and Project Manager. He comes to us from a long, established career specialized in wetlands, NEPA and threatened and endangered species.

His wide array of expertise include:

    • Effects Determinations

    • Biological Assessments

  • Phase 1 Environmental Site Assessments

Jimmy holds a B.S. in Environmental Science with an emphasis in Biology from the University of Central Arkansas. At ECCI Jimmy will continue to serve any of his clients’ needs related to Section 404, NEPA, T&E Species, etc.

Jimmy lives in Conway with his wife Jill and their three children, Jackson (10), Damian (8), and Mary (5). Jimmy enjoys spending time with his family and outdoor activities including baseball, camping, biking, and hiking.
