Ms. Ashley earned her Master of Environmental Engineering at Texas Tech University in 2012. Before joining ECCI, Ms. Ashley worked in hazardous waste site remediation, water and wastewater utility design, and utility construction management.

Since joining ECCI, Ms. Ashley has provided engineering design and CADD design support for stormwater management and fire suppression systems at industrial facilities and infrastructure needs assessments, and identification of needed water supply system upgrades, including project cost estimating. She has also continued her development into site remediation through active participation in field sampling, and site monitoring at corrective action projects.
